“The DiverseDEV program is an opportunity for us to give back to society and provide real opportunities for inclusion for underrepresented groups in our market. The program offers employees the opportunity to leave other paid activities and dedicate themselves 100% to their career transition, as they are paid from the first day of training. In addition, it is also an opportunity for ME to effectively become a better, more inclusive company, with different points of view. We want to provide a place where people truly feel at home, where they can be themselves, regardless of any characteristic or life story. It is to feel that, here at ME, there is a path to growth and development”, says Armando de Vilhena, CTO of ME.
