On August 1st, Mercado Eletrônico held its Quarterly Meeting for the second half of 2025. In a festive June festival atmosphere, we welcomed our employees to our Vila Olímpia office in São Paulo. The meeting was broadcast live to teams in Brazil, Portugal, the United States, and Mexico.
Eduardo Nader, CEO of ME, thanked our employees for their high-quality deliverables and their commitment to providing a fantastic customer experience. He also highlighted the teams' dedication to our journey of innovation, process automation, and the use of AI, with the goal of continuing to transform business between companies.

Another highlight of the quarter is the ME's participation in the sector's main events, both national and international, such as the Supply Chain Marathon (Live University), the Purchasing Summit (Ciclo Academy), Procurement Challenges (APCADEC - Portugal), Inbrasc Connect (Live University), the Purchasing Strategy Forum (Yvent) and the TOTVS Universe.
People & Management Team Highlights
On June 24th, ME won the GPTW 06/2024 award, in the Women (2025th place) and LGBTI+ (20th place) categories, reinforcing that having diverse people working together not only increases inclusion within ME, but also drives innovation and performance of our teams.
Diversity Month was also celebrated with a special gathering, our "Pride Day." We welcomed drag queen and event sponsor Jade Ohara, Felipe Correa, leader of Danone's LGBTQIA+ affinity group, and Henrique Chirichella, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion specialist, for an inspiring conversation about the importance of inclusion in the workplace.
Agile Team Presentations
Our Agile Teams presented the period's key deliverables, which boost agility, autonomy, and productivity for ME platform users. Highlights include: automated purchasing processes, greater transparency and control over processes, improvements in proposal comparison, new features, and advances in supplier integration.
