GPTW Brazil: ME is elected one of the Best Companies to Work for in the country in 2025

On the evening of October 8th, ME was recognized by GPTW (Great Place to Work) as one of the 175 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil 2025, in the medium-sized companies category. 

The 29th edition of GPTW Brazil received more than 5.300 registered companies and, of the 3.000 eligible, only 175 were awarded for their exemplary management practices and organizational culture.  

The awards ceremony took place at Espaço Unimed, in São Paulo, with an audience of 1.300 guests, and was broadcast live on YouTube.  

Our Director of People & Management, Adriana Oliveira, took the stage to represent yet another historic achievement, which belongs to all ME employees.   

“We achieved a Confidence Index of 90 points, a result that reflects our commitment of the ME in building an innovative and development-oriented work environment of talents. It GPTW methodology evaluates criteria, such as credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and camaraderie within organizations,” says Adriana Oliveira, director of People & Management

Take care of yourself: an initiative focused on the well-being of ME employees

At ME, we see the workplace as an ecosystem that unites learning, innovation, collaboration and well-being. 

With this focus, we created the Take Care of Yourself program, which promotes actions aimed at the physical, emotional, and mental health of employees. 

The program includes wellness talks, mindfulness practices, encouragement of physical activity, psychological support, and initiatives that promote work-life balance. 

Among the topics already covered this year, the following stand out: 

  • Pink October – Breast cancer prevention and awareness 
  • Yellow September – Mental health in focus  
  • Run With ME – Encouraging movement and sports 
  • Break for (self)care 
  • Health and nutrition for a balanced routine

DiverseDEV: Building Diverse Talent for the Future of Technology 

Our commitment to people development also extends to the training of new professionals. 

DiverseDEV, the Ministry of Education's technology internship program, was created to encourage inclusion and promote opportunities for diverse talent across the country. 

In the 2025 edition, the program offers 25 vacancies, with 10 guaranteed hires from the beginning, with 100% remote work and a scholarship. 

Participants will have access to the Vibe Coding track, a hands-on journey that teaches how to apply generative AI, automation, and databases to solve challenges.
