ME presents its Quarterly Meeting Q4-2024

On February 07th, the ME held the first quarterly meeting of 02, referring to the last quarter of 2025.

The meeting addressed the main highlights of 2024 and reinforced strategies that should guide teams in this new cycle. The event took place at the ME office in Vila Olímpia – SP, and was broadcast live to all employees in Brazil, Portugal, Mexico and the USA.

Eduardo Nader, CEO of ME, thanked the teams for their commitment, dedication and the results that were achieved. He also emphasized that this is an important moment to ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's goals.

“Our main purpose is to be an inspiring company. We want to transform and drive the B2B market with technology and advanced AI, to meet the real needs of buyers and suppliers, building an efficient and innovative ecosystem”, declared Eduardo Nader, CEO of ME

People & Management Team Highlights

Focused on our trajectory of continuous growth and development, throughout 2024, we carried out 110 training sessions and hired 74 new professional talents.

Our commitment to putting people first has also led us to win the most relevant awards in the job market, such as GPTW Brazil e GPTW Diversity – Women.

For 2025, one of the People & Management team's priorities is initiatives focused on professional development and employee well-being.

 

Marketing Team Highlights

Holding the largest edition of the ME B2B Summit, in 2024, was the main highlight of the Marketing team in the last quarter of 2024.

The event took place at the iconic Ibirapuera Biennial Pavilion, was attended by 33 specialists from the areas of purchasing, supply chain and technology and received 2.100 people.

The launch of the new ME brand and the new website, together with the company's 30th anniversary, was also one of the major Marketing actions.

 

Agile Team Highlights

Our agile teams presented projects focused on improving the user experience on the ME Platform, including the application of AI in different functionalities.

These innovations aim to make the routine of buyers and suppliers more intuitive and intelligent, making processes and strategic decisions more efficient.
