On 08/11, the ME held the Q3-2024 Quarterly Meeting, at the office in São Paulo, broadcast live to all employees.
During the meeting, Eduardo Nader, CEO of ME, reinforced the company's commitment to transforming our customers' experience with process automation and artificial intelligence, highlighting the importance of continuous engagement of all areas with innovation.

People & Management Team Highlights
We recently received the most important awards in the country: GPTW SP and Incredible Places to Work. We were ranked 11th among 35 medium-sized multinationals and are among the 175 best companies to work for in São Paulo.
We also won the Incredible Places to Work Award 2024, from FIA in partnership with Estadão, among 150 companies, out of a total of 422 entries.
Another highlight was the CIEE Best Internship Programs Award. We were among the 15 winning companies, competing with 373 organizations.

Marketing Team Highlights
The ME B2B Summit, held on October 30th at the Bienal Pavilion in Ibirapuera Park, brought together 2.100 participants to attend lectures and panels by 33 experts, including Serginho, former volleyball player, and Arthur Igreja, co-founder of AAA Inovação.
This year's edition, the largest in history, featured 3 simultaneous stages and an app for interaction between participants. At the event, the new ME brand was launched, reinforcing our commitment to innovation.
