On April 24th and 28th, Mercado Eletrônico's leaders and agile teams presented their strategies and results for Q1-2023.
The meeting, which takes place quarterly in a hybrid format, brings together employees from the countries where the company operates: Brazil, Portugal, the United States and Mexico.
In São Paulo, the meeting took place at Candela Bar and Restaurant, in Vila Olímpia, SP, where the traditional happy hour was also held.
At the end of the first meeting, Eduardo Nader, CEO of ME, answered questions sent by employees, spoke about the company's main strategies and reinforced our main value: people come first.

Marketing Team Highlights
The ME B2B Summit 2023, the biggest and best event in the B2B market, already has a set time and place to take place! Our event will take place on October 18th, at Espaço Vibra, in São Paulo, with capacity for more than 1.700 people.
During this period, we sponsored the 19th Supply Chain Marathon in São Paulo, where we also participated with a stand and presentation of two cases: Accor and GWM Brasil.
Pedro Cardoso, Vice President of Purchasing at Accor and ME client, spoke about the area's digital journey and the partnership with Mercado Eletrônico, and Ewerton Takata, Head of Procurement at GWM Brasil, presented the lecture “The challenges of structuring the supply chain at GWM: an autotech made by Brazilians for Brazilians that will manufacture hybrid and electric vehicles in Brazil”.

People & Management Team Highlights
The People & Management team launched the Dev Service Program, aimed at training employees interested in working in the company's Development area. The DevOps Multiplier Training Program was also launched for several teams, with learning paths on the Alura platform and internal training.
Another highlight is the return of Coffee with Eduardo Nader. Every 2 months, 10 employees are chosen at random to have breakfast with our CEO. In addition to interacting with Eduardo, the idea is to have a moment of exchange between people from different ME teams.
Presentation of Agile Teams
The agile teams presented the main developments of the quarter, which were carried out with a focus on providing an increasingly better experience to the platform's users. In addition, everyone showed the initiatives underway for the next quarter.
