To make the solution more intuitive for all users, Mercado Eletrônico is making available a series of updates to the e-Procurement platform with new features that will facilitate the experience and visualization of strategic information while browsing the portal.
The new layout was developed by our team of UX (User Experience) experts, who are responsible for making users' daily lives simpler and more productive.
New Toolbar: Key document actions at a click
away from the user
The new toolbar allows quick access to document actions and queries. Improvements have been made to the design and organization of the most important buttons for the process, customized according to each document.
The goal is to make the main actions of each document just one click away from the user's navigation. To achieve this, we created a menu at the top, with:
- Main Actions, which will be displayed in buttons/links exposed directly to the user.
- Secondary Actions, which will be links and will be available in a menu called “more actions”, just to the right of the main actions mentioned above.
- Other actions, which will be listed in another menu called “options” (located further to the right), as they are basically actions related to other documents.

For documents that require actions related to Confirmation/Approval, Rejection or Cancellation, when executing a certain function, the justification field will appear just below the toolbar, as we can see in the image below:
It is worth remembering that some buttons present in the documents will remain active even with the entry of these updates, such as, for example, the item tables, locations and other shortcuts, as shown in the image below:
