With the aim of making the solution more intuitive for all supplier users, ME will provide an update to the e-Procurement platform, with new features that will facilitate the experience and visualization of strategic information when navigating through the portal's order processes.
The new concept was developed by our team of UX (User Experience) experts, who are responsible for making suppliers' daily lives simpler and more productive.
New Toolbar: the main document actions just a click away from the user
The new toolbar allows quick access to actions and document queries. Improvements have been made to the design and organization of the most important buttons for the process.
The goal is to make the main actions of each document just one click away from the user's navigation. To achieve this, we created a menu at the top, with:
- Main Actions, which will be displayed in buttons/links exposed directly to the user. Example: Order Confirmation and Rejection.
- Secondary Actions, which will be available in a menu called “more actions”, just to the right of the main actions mentioned above (if any).
- Other actions, which will be listed in another menu called “options” (located further to the right), as they are basically actions related to other documents.
We hope these new features improve your experience on the portal. Here, we will continue to prepare new ways to make your work simpler and more intuitive.
