Today, October 27th, our 10th and last Quarterly Meeting of 4 brought together teams from Mercado Eletrônico, at WeWork, one of the largest coworking spaces in São Paulo, to present results, plan actions for the next quarter, recognize employees who stood out in Q2023-3 and the long-awaited happy hour.
Teams from all areas, such as Finance, People and Management, Sales, Marketing, Channels and Partnerships, Service, Development, Customer Success, UX/UI, among others, presented their achievements and strategies for the next period.

Marketing presents the figures for the ME B2B Summit 2023
The ME B2B Summit 2023 was historic and exciting! The event, with the participation of 30 speakers and two simultaneous stages, brought together more than 1700 people at Vibra São Paulo, totaling 15 hours of content with renowned speakers and professionals from the supply chain segment. In the period Q3-2023, ME was also present at major events in the e-procurement segment, with our team of experts and presentation of success stories with the ME solution. Among the main ones are: Fórum Comprar – Minder, Fórum de Inovação em Procurement – Yvent and Fórum de Compras – Inbrasc.
People & Management Team highlights DiverseDEV and awards
DiverseDEV, a scholarship program 100% subsidized by the Ministry of Education, received 8.248 applications from people interested in studying Back-End Programming in C# and interning at the company. Of the 30 vacancies, at least 18 focus on diversity. Learn more here post.
Another highlight was the awards we won during the year. We were elected one of the 150 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil by Great Place To Work®, in 15th place in the ranking of medium-sized multinational companies. And, for the 4th consecutive year, we were also elected one of the 150 Incredible Places to Work for in Brazil, an award from FIA in partnership with UOL.
Agile teams and tribes present quarterly projects
Agile thinking is the driving force behind the Electronic Market tribes.
During the quarter, agile teams and tribes focused on programs aimed at increasing the performance and productivity of our users.
Our teams’ analytical approach was also a highlight. With data-driven, user-centric strategy and decisions, all initiatives resulted in significant improvements for both buyers and suppliers.
