The ME UX team is always looking for improvements to make the platform easier and more intuitive for all users.
Each new update reinforces one of our core values, which is the Fantastic Experience. This means continually seeking innovations to transform shoppers’ routines for the better.
The latest developments have mainly improved search filters and information sorting, as well as improving visibility.
Check out all the details now!
1. [New Home] Filter for selection by “My Processes” and “All Processes”
So that the purchasing user can identify whether they are viewing only their own listing or the complete listing, the filters “My Processes” and “All Processes” were added – the latter depends on the permission profile.
Benefits of upgrading:
- Previously, the home screen only showed “All Processes” and the purchasing user had to search by name.
- Now, to make the search process easier, simply add the filter “My Processes” or “All Processes” to view the information you want.
2. [New Home] Filter for selection by “Period”
With the “Period” filter, the buyer user has 3 new search options by period:
- Pre-determined period: 15, 30, 60 or 90 days, counting from the search date;
- Specific period: you must inform the start date and the end date;
- Entire period: includes a list of all activities.
Benefits of upgrading:
- Better visibility and reduced time searching for information.
- With the new filter, the purchasing user will be able to quickly search and identify the period of activities. Previously, it was only possible to filter by start date and end date.
3. [New Home] Register favorite links in “My Links”
The purchasing user can register the most accessed links, for example, ME platform or system reports, and save them in the “My Links” section. See the step-by-step process below:
- To register a new link, simply click on the [+] icon in “My Links”:
2. Paste the “URL” and enter the “Name” of the link you want to register:
3. To access the registered link page, simply click on the desired link:
Benefits of upgrading:
With the new registration feature on the home page of the most used links in the “My Links” menu, the purchasing user gains speed in accessing the most important features.
4. [New Home] New columns and more intelligence in the “Quote” menu
New fields have been added to the “Quote” section, located on the right corner: “Negotiation Stage” and “Item Status”.
Within these fields, there are different search options. See details in the following images:
- Negotiation Stages
- Item Status
In “Negotiation Stages”, you can filter by the following quotes:
Shortlist: the shortlist quote generated from an original quote.
Counterproposal: quotation that has a counterproposal for “acceptance” or “rejection” by the supplier.
1st round: first stage of negotiating a quote.
Generated shortlist: quote that has a linked shortlist.
In “Item Status”, you can filter items that are “pending” and “not pending”
Benefits of upgrading:
- The new “Item Status” field makes it easier to search for quotes that still have pending issues on the part of the purchasing user when generating a contract or pre-order.
- The “Negotiation Stages” field allows you to search for quotes that are in the first round of negotiation, shortlisted or that have a counterproposal.
- Another benefit is the possibility of generating ordering and graphing of the fields.
5. [New Home] New columns and more intelligence in the “Pending Approval” menu
In the “Pending Approval” section, the “Center”, “Company” and “Pending Date” fields were included.
The “Center” and “Company” fields allow the approver to filter by business unit.
The information in the “Pending Date” section is sorted by date – from oldest to most recent.

It is now possible to search by category in the “Requests” and “Orders” section.

7. [New Home] New search for “Center” and “Company” in the “Pending Purchases” menu

Benefits of upgrading:
Make it easier to view the “Center” and “Company” of requests in “Pending Purchase”.
