Home Improvements

Pending Contracts

• Creation of a menu on the home page to display “Pending Contracts” and items linked to contracts that are pending (due to scheduling or non-compliance with some rule for automatic generation of Pre-Order).
• This feature is already enabled for all buyers who have scheduled contracts. The home page always signals (via the bell icon) any pending items that have not yet been viewed.
• If you do not have access to the contract scheduling pending configuration, please contact the buyer service center: customer service@me.com.br.

 

Consult the process approval history

• In order to consult approval histories (to identify which processes a user approved: Requisitions, Pre-Orders, Contracts or Invoices), the new “Approved” filter was included in the menus of each process.

• In addition to consulting, you can save the filter of requests that were approved by you or another user. The filter will be saved in the menu, in the section: “Saved Filters”.
• This feature is now available to all users. To access it, simply navigate to the platform's new home page.

 

 

Filter by multiple product groups in Pending Purchases

• New “Group” filter to allow the consultation of more than one group of products in the Pending Purchases.
• This function can be used by Buyers who have access to the “Pending Purchases” menu. To access it, simply navigate to the platform’s new home page.

 

Approval of the FRS (Service Record Sheet) document due to pending approval from the Transactions Home

• It is now possible to approve FRS (Service Record Sheet) type documents without having to return to the old Home page.
• The feature is now available. If you do not have access to the FRS (Service Record Sheet) approval pending configuration, please contact our customer support: customer service@me.com.br.

 

Featured in the latest answered quotes 

• When accessing the Quotes menu, you can identify which ones have been “answered” as well as those that have not yet been “read”.

New way to share your opinion on the platform

• In order to improve the user experience, we will make a survey available on the Transactions Homepage. Users who have access to the page will be able to give opinions and suggestions whenever they wish.

 

Other improvements

• New column in the quote grid to signal to the buyer the quote type: Automatic x Manual.
• Possibility of canceling a schedule made by MAG through pending purchases

Comparative Map

Exporting the Comparative Map information to Excel (xls.)

• It is now possible to generate an editable Excel file from the Comparative Map.
• This feature is enabled by default on the platform.

 

Other e-Procurement improvements

Workflow Replacement

• Allows users with more than one workflow to monitor or approve to quickly and easily replace workflows without having to log out of the system.
