After more than 2 years, the meeting was held in a hybrid format
The first day of the meeting, 26/04, was held 100% online. The second day, 29/04, took place in a hybrid format, after more than two years of pandemic.
For those who attended in person, the event offered breakfast, as well as pizza, beer and music at the end of the day, to celebrate the return of the classic post-quarterly Happy Hour from the pre-pandemic period.
Transparency and people first
Eduardo Nader, CEO of Mercado Eletrônico, opened the two-day event. As usual, he thanked everyone for their presence and engagement over the past three months, and reinforced how much he considers transparency an essential factor in promoting the company's most important value: People First.
Teams from all areas, such as Finance, People and Management, Sales, Marketing, Products, Customer Service, among others, presented their strategies and achievements during the period.
All with the aim of sharing events and facilitating everyone's journey within the company.
