Mercado Eletrônico held today (27/10) the third Quarterly Meeting of the year, with the participation of all teams, who presented their results and perspectives for the coming months and even what is to come in 2022. This is a way of reinforcing the company's transparency in all its activities.
Eduardo Nader, CEO of Mercado Eletrônico, opened the meeting by thanking employees for their commitment to making the company a place that continually grows and evolves. Nader emphasized that, despite the proximity of the turn of the year, the initiatives for the following quarter (Q4), focused on providing fantastic customer experiences, will continue with full intensity.
Next, the financial indicators, the acquisition of new customers and the levels of customer satisfaction, presented by the Quality area, were presented.
ME B2B Summit is the big attraction of the year
In Marketing, the highlight was the launch of ME B2B Summit 2021, in a 100% digital and free version, with the participation of great speakers, such as Luiz Felipe Pondé and Martha Gabriel, and topics on purchasing, supply chain, leadership, future and behavior.
The event will take place on November 10th and 11th. Registration is still open and can be done on the website www.meb2bsummit.com.br.
Another important action in the area was strong support for communication with customers, in order to keep them up to date with the latest news on the Mercado Eletrônico platform.
Finally, the team also released the ME channel on Telegram, another way to get closer to the B2B market and provide quality information to professionals.
HR actions reinforce the value of “people first”
HR has sought to increasingly integrate employees from all countries (Brazil, Portugal, Mexico and the USA) in the events held and recorded nine actions between the months of July and September alone.
Among the main initiatives, it relaunched “Talk ME”, which allows employees to invite any ME professional to a conversation and have an inspiring exchange of knowledge.
The area also presented the satisfaction rates for each country (Brazil, Portugal, Mexico and the USA) and the results of the general organizational climate survey, which recorded 85% approval.
Riachuelo is the guest at the Q3-2021 Quarterly Meeting
Thiago Faria, product manager, and João Helvécio, product manager, both from Riachuelo, were invited to participate in this edition, to talk about the ME solution and the projects in the company's purchasing area.
According to professionals, the Mercado Eletrônico platform will function as a “hub” for interactions with the company’s suppliers, integrating the complete purchasing cycle.
The main benefits achieved were: team agility, compliance, purchasing lead time, analytical view of the area and team performance.
Riachuelo is one of the largest fashion companies in Brazil and Latin America and today has more than 40 thousand employees.
Presentation of agile teams
With a focus on lean mindset, agility and a culture of results, the teams presented their most recent developments to improve customer performance.
The teams' main mission is to ensure that solution environments present continuous evolution in UX (user experience) and complete performance for users.
